How to Apply Pre Glued Extensions

Got friend? I apply my own extensions, and yes it can be done. It is not perfect and only I know that so it doesn't matter. For those of you who are perfectionist or just to affraid to takle this feat on your own I suggest getting a buddy to help.

It's not that hard.

Application is fairly easy. Start at the bottom about an inch or two from your natural hair line. Make a nice straight part from side to side, take the same amount of your natural hair and lay the extension nail under it. Using the fusion tool heat up the keratin bond until soft enough to mold. Take your thumb and first finger and roll the bond between your fingers until it is sealed on the top and bottom as well as completely rounded. Now do it all over again until you have completed that row.

If you have a lot of hair you may skip a row as I do. If you have less hair than normal you will need to do your entire head up to where you feel comfortable.

The first time I had my hair done I was told to come back when my hair was at least 5 inches long on top. NOT TRUE. You can wear a full head of extensions if you chose.

To do an entire head from bottom to top you need to hide the crown and sides of your head. To do this, simply cut the extensions into halves or even thirds and make them very small. Make sure you attach them eith your hair over the adheasive and they will not be noticed. If you do see some adheasive do as I do, use brown waterproof mascara or even a Sharpie to color the adheasive to match. In most cases the adheasive will match your hair anyway but this is just a hint in case it doesn't.
